1) The Right Clothes
Are you going on holiday to a warm country and you can probably often be found on the beach? Or are you going into the mountains, so there is a good chance of lower temperatures again? Wherever you go, it is important that you bring the right clothes.
Think of the type of shoes you wear and of course the number of swimming trunks. In the case of a somewhat ‘cooler’ destination, it is important to bring at least 2 sweaters, since you don’t want to be in the same sweater for two weeks.
2) Cameras
How nice is it to take a look at your holiday memories after years? Back to that moment when you stood on top of that rock, while enjoying the impressive view.
Capturing holiday moments is something you should always do as far as we’re concerned. This is how you make well-known memories for life. So make sure you have the right camera. This is of course possible with your smartphone.
However, do you want even better quality photos? Then take a look for a slightly better camera. The Instagram accounts must continue to be filled, don’t they?
3) Sunburn
Typically one of those things that is always underestimated is the power of the sun. Sometimes people walk for hours in the sun without realising it. As a result, you can’t sleep at night because your body is still glowing and you’re just sweating in bed again.
Not to mention the consequences that UV radiation can do to your skin. So make sure you always have sunscreen in your bag. A clear case of better too much than too little.

4) Cash Money
Of course you can use a bank card or credit card anytime and anywhere . But what if you lose your debit card while on holiday? You can’t just sit on the other side of the world and have a new debit card the next day.
So always keep a spot in your bag for some extra cash. In the event of an accident or other unforeseen costs, you can use this money to pay for that taxi to the airport or the plane ticket itself.
There will undoubtedly be many who would have been more than happy to have made the choice to put this extra money in the suitcase.
5) Extra Space
You will not be the first to find out, when packing your suitcase for the return flight, that there is no more room for the necessary souvenirs or other purchases.
Therefore always keep an extra space in your suitcase for any purchases. Maybe they are very special shoes that you have only been able to find in a certain country.
